A truly delicious fishcake made from our own fresh kiln smoked trout, lemon, fresh herbs and freshly prepared vegetables.

Charlie’s handmade Smoked Trout Fishcakes combines our own wonderful smoky Kiln Smoked Trout with a host of other naturally delicious ingredients. All our vegetables and herbs are locally sourced and delivered fresh on the day we make our fishcakes.

Cooking instructions

Reheat in the oven at 170°C for 15 mins, until piping hot. To cook from frozen, add 5 mins cooking time.

Contains fish. May contain bones - whilst every care has been taken to remove all the bones, some may remain.

Freezing & storage

Please keep refrigerated between 0 and 5°C.
This product is suitable for home freezing for up to 6 months. Please freeze on delivery and consume on the day of defrost.
