Fresh Trout Fillets 4 x 150g
Wonderfully fresh steelhead trout. Filleted, pin-boned and cut into 150g fillets by our own team at the smokehouse. The firm flesh and the full flavour of these wonderful fish make them a favourite in the kitchen.
Delicious grilled, baked, poached or pan fried. The fillets will arrive with you with a minimum of 3 days shelf life. They freeze extremely well, so if they're not on any immediate menus I’d recommend popping them in the freezer on delivery.
Contains fish. May contain bones - whilst every care has been taken to remove all the bones, some may remain.
Please keep refrigerated between 0 and 5°C.
This product is suitable for home freezing for up to 6 months. Please freeze on delivery and consume on day of defrost.
